What we can help with
- Corrections: a wrong rule, rate or date on the site. Please include a link to the official order or PIB release, if you have it, so we can verify and fix it quickly.
- Calculation problems: if a result looks wrong, use the "Copy share link" button under your result and paste the link in your email. It contains the exact inputs (and nothing personal), so we can reproduce the calculation.
- Suggestions: features that would make the calculator more useful — for example another language, a different chart range or a new pensioner category.
- Accessibility issues: anything that makes the site hard to read or use on your phone, with a screen reader or at a larger text size.
- Media and partnership queries.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent website, not a government office. We cannot:
- check, revise, release or speed up anyone's pension, family pension or arrears;
- access PPOs, bank records, SPARSH or CPAO accounts;
- tell you the final 8th Pay Commission fitment factor before it is officially announced.
Please do not send PPO numbers, bank account details, Aadhaar, PAN, life certificates, OTPs or copies of personal documents. We do not need them and will delete them.
Where to go for official help
- Civil pensioners: your Pension Disbursing Authority (usually your bank's pension branch), the Central Pension Accounting Office (cpao.nic.in) and the Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare (doppw.gov.in). Grievances can be lodged on CPENGRAMS through pgportal.gov.in.
- Armed forces pensioners: the SPARSH portal and helpline, your Defence Pension Disbursing Office, and the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (desw.gov.in).
- Family pensioners: the same authority that pays the family pension, as shown on your PPO.
- Fraud: if someone has asked for your OTP or bank details in the name of a pension revision, call the national cybercrime helpline 1930 or report at cybercrime.gov.in immediately.
Our commitment
Corrections follow our editorial policy.
Every correction we receive is checked against official sources. If it is right, we fix the site and change the "last updated" date shown at the top of every page. If we disagree, we will explain why. Your email address is used only to reply to you; see our privacy policy.
Languages and response times
You can write to us in English or Hindi. We read every message, but because the site is run by a small team, replies can take a few working days — longer in the busy weeks after a major announcement such as a DR instalment or the 8th CPC report. Corrections that affect the calculation are always handled first.
Tips for a useful report
- Name the page (for example "Family pension calculator") and the device you used (phone or computer, and browser).
- Say what you expected to see and what you actually saw.
- For a rule or rate, quote the order number and date, such as "DoPPW OM dated 24.04.2026".
- A screenshot of the result section is helpful, but crop out anything personal.
Before you write
Many common questions are already answered on the site. The pension calculator page explains the method and assumptions; the fitment factor page explains where each number comes from; the family pension page covers normal and enhanced rates; and the latest update page gives the dated status of the 8th Pay Commission. हिंदी में जानकारी के लिए यहाँ देखें।
